When inquiring about an order that was placed, please have your order number.

Order Fufillment: You will receive your merchandise in 4-10 business days. Motor City Handbags can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is backordered or delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground. You will receive an email with the tracking number and expected date of delivery. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not charge your credit card for items that are not available.

Return/Exchange Policy: We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items that you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Motor City Handbags within 14 days of the shipping date in unused and perfect condition (including all tags and original packaging). Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges on returned items are non-refundable. Customer exchanges are subject to new shipping charges when exchanged item is re-shipped.

We promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned item. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned item and bill your credit card when the new item is ready to ship.
